Natalie Terebilo
Founder & General Manager
Natalie had the vision and initiative to establish Makom Lahlom. She holds a B.Ed. degree, Teaching Certificate (Beit Berl) and M.A. in Scriptwriting, cum laude (Tel Aviv University).
She further trained in the Montessori method, and is currently studying for a M.A in Education Administration at the Open University. Natalie was a documentary film director and has films that won prestigious prizes around the world under her belt. While running learning centers around the country for youth at-risk for over 16 years, she quickly realized that education is the most important profession in the world and that school should be a second home for children.
Natalie serves as the General Manager of Makom Lahlom.
Ilana Ben Ari
Founder, Principal & Pedagogical Consultant
One of the founders of Makom Lahlom, the first to join forces with Natalie. Ilana holds a B.Ed. in Special Education and MA in Educational Counseling, Tel Aviv University. She is a Tel Aviv University graduate in French Language and Literature, graduate of an educational management course from the Tel Aviv University. She studies and volunteers tutoring psychotherapy students. Ilana has worked for over 43 years in education field and runs the "Native" special education school in Herzliya for two years. She has also worked for 30 years as a lecturer at the Levinsky College of Education as part of the Special Education track, coordinating the laboratory for reading disabilities for students with special needs. Ilana serves as the Pedagogical Director and Educational consultant at Makom Lahlom.
Avital Gutman Somjen
Founder, Board Member, Finance Director
One of the founders of Makom Lahlom. LLB and Management cum laude (Tel Aviv University) and MBA with specialization in finance (The Interdisciplinary Center). Avital is a former Attorney at Law in the commercial, M&A and start-up fields. In recent years has worked at Citi Bank in Israel and Ireland in various banking positions. In her last role as VP Trade Finance she specialized in working capital management solutions for energy companies in EMEA. Avital serves as the Finance Director as well as a member of the Board.

התחילה את דרכה כמנהלת ספקים וחוזים בלוגיסטיקה במפעל להב - כלי טייס צבאיים בתעשייה האווירית בזמן לימודיה לתואר ראשון במנהל עסקים באוניברסיטה הפתוחה.
לשני היתה משיכה טבעית לעולם הילדים ולפני חמש עשרה שנים החלה את דרכה בתחום החינוך, מאז עסקה הן בחינוך הפורמלי והן בחינוך המונטסורי. בוגרת מסלול מחנכים ברוח הדמוקרטי מטעם מכללת סמינר הקיבוצים וכן השתלמויות וקורסים רבים בתחום החינוך מגילאי לידה ועד 6.
בעברה עבדה בגן ילדים ב- JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER בבוסטון והתנדבה בקהילה היהודית בחוגי העשרה ורכזה פעילויות לפני החגים. כמו כן הייתה בעלת גן אותו ניהלה ועבדה כגננת.
במקום לחלום, שני משמשת כמנהלת אדמיניסטרטיבית כולל היבטי לוגיסטיקה ותפעול, עבור הגן ובית הספר.
מאמינה שכל ילד הוא ישות בפני עצמה ויש לראות כל אחד דרך העיניים שלו.
Orit Rozenberg
Administrative Manager
Orit has many years of experience in project management and task forces in leading companies in Israel (Teva, Boston Scientific). Orit holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a MA in Business Administration from the Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. Orit serves as the Administrative Manager & School Secretary of Makom Lahlom.

דבי בעלת תואר שני בעבודה סוציאלית במגמת טראומה - התמחות בטיפול פרטני וקבוצתי, בעלת הכשרה והתנסות בתחום הטיפול הדינמי, ב-CBT ומיינדפולנס.
ניהלה מרכז ופיתחה מיזמים לאנשים עם צרכים מיוחדים, הדריכה צוותים בתחום השיקום החינוך הבלתי פורמלי, הדריכה וליוותה אנשים עם אוטיזם. מלווה בתהליך רגשי ושיקומי אנשים המתמודדים עם הפרעות נפשיות, עסקה כעובדת סוציאלית במועדונית לילדים.
כיום ממשיכה לעסוק בטיפול רגשי ויועצת חינוכית בבית הספר של מקום לחלום.
מאמינה כי פתח כניסה לנפשו של הילד הוא דרך יחודיותו
Erez Levkovitch

Erez has worked in education and teaching for 12 years. He has extensive experience in setting up education institutes – served as a member of the founding team at the Community Democratic School "Giv'ol", Givat Olga, and teaches there to date. Erez served as a founding team member at the unique school "Simanei Derech" (Road signs) at Ma'abarot and also teaches there to date. He holds a BA in Society and Politics, Political Science and Sociology from The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo, and has studied for a Master's degree at the Institute of Contemporary Judaism at The Hebrew University. Establisher of Merchav Amit, teaches, lectures & conducts workshops "On the good of man". The study materials and contents are thought of and written by Erez and his fellows at Merhav Amit.

ליאן מלמדת בדרכים חוויתיות ויצירתיות ומאמינה בלמידה דרך משחק.
בתפיסתה החינוכית: ״כל מה שילד צריך, זה מבוגר אחד שיאמין בו״ (הרב שלמה קרליבך).

לידיה גם ניגנה כנגנית ויולה ראשית בהרכב אורקסטרה בוושינגטון די סי. בשנים האחרונות לידיה מלמדת אנגלית תוך שילוב של משחק, אומנות ומוסיקה כדי לעודד ילדים ללמוד אנגלית.

דמיטרי הוא מדריך מונטסורי מוסמך מארגון AMI לגילאי (3-6 ו 6-12). היום הוא נמצא בתוכנית להכשרת טריינרים של AMI לגילאי 6-12.
דמיטרי הצטרף לצוות של ״מקום לחלום״ ב-2023 ומשמש כמדריך מונטסורי לצוות ובעבודה מעשית עם ילדי 6-12.

Tova has vastly explored language acquisition and is among the only experts in the country for the acquisition of Montessori Hebrew. The children learn how to read quickly and read in an enjoyable way while understanding the beauty of learning a language.

She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Kutztown, Pennsylvania, cum laude, and is currently completing her Master's degree in Art Therapy. Moran is a Graduate of the Elbaum therapists' course for the treatment of functional and learning problems. Moran is also a Graduate of the Montessori teaching course taught by Inbar Ofec, holder of AMI certificate of Assistants Course 0-3. Moran prepares most of the Montessori exercises for the tender age and leads the Art curriculum at Makom Lahlom.

שרון עלתה לארץ בשנת 2006 מקולומביה מתוך תחושת ציונות עמוקה. היא בעלת תואר ראשון במדעי התנהגות עם התמחות בקהילה.
עבדה בהייטק הרבה שנים ולפני חמש שנים הבינה שבמידה ותרצה לגרום לשינוי מהותי ומשמעותי בעולם, היא תוכל לעשות זאת רק אם תעבוד בתחום החינוך.
לפני שהגיעה ל"מקום לחלום" עבדה שרון כעצמאית ב"הומסטארט מונטסורי"- ארגון חינוכי-קהילתי המקדם את ערכי המונטסורי במערכת החינוך ובקהילות הסובבות אותו. כמוכן עבדה ב"שבלולי" - חברת התוכן לילדים המובילה בישראל חזון להפוך את הילדים למאושרים יותר, אמפאטיים ורגישים לזולת, ולפני כן עבדה בדרך הילד, בחינוך המונסטורי.
שרון דוגלת ומאמינה בשמירה על כדור הארץ דרך מחזור, שימוש נכון של חשמל ומים והתנדבות בקהילה.

גבריאלה הייתה בעולם המונטסורי כל חייה. היא בעלת תואר ראשון BA בחינוך מהאוניברסיטה האיבראמריקנית במקסיקו סיטי ובעלת תעודת מונטסורי AMI בינלאומית. בנוסף, היא בעלת תואר שני בסיוע הומניטרי מהאוניברסיטה העברית.
בנוסף להיותה חלק מצוות הגן, היא גם מכשירה מורים ועוזרת להם להפוך את הגנים שלהם למונטסוריים.
מאמינה שחינוך הוא המפתח לפתיחת העולם והדרכון לחופש.
